Open timeline

make layers within different layers visible to change how each frame looks

Add caption

 open the animation stills
open timeline and create frame animation
add more frames to be able to create a sequence
go through each frame and make particular layer visible at different points to make it visible within that frame, therefore changing whats visible on each frame.
add tweens:

tweening is the transition between each of the slides can be from 1 - 24 frames, higher the number smoother the transisition
Three options:

Can be saved as sequence 

can be saved as a video

can be saved for web, giving a gif format, which is useful for blogs and uploading to web so it opens and plays straight away 

can download gifs and open in photoshop, which will automatically populate the timeline, and show a step by step of the animation process
