In order to create a successful mail out service, there must be a corresponding box which ties in with the brand identity of the product itself. Therefore I stuck to the brand identity of the single block colours mixed with the white sections to be able to ring keep the product, therefore, giving a sense of authenticity to the brand.
In the design below (figure 1) the colour was taken from the moisturising and cleansing box this is because the box is the biggest in the set and therefore would be the most predominant colour went opening the box.
The logo would simply be placed on the side and the back of the box, tying the brand into the visuals found on the bottle themselves. The logotype would also be placed on the side and on the top, the positioning of both this logotype and the logo means that they will always be access to branding from any angle of the male outbox, therefore, allowing from more people to be able to know about the brand and gain notoriety.

The logo has been made smaller and placed in the centre on the top of the box, a lettered logo will be placed on the side front and also on the top of the box. The top is the largest and most predominant. After speaking to peers about the box design I decided that any branding included in the box itself will be also clear and selective varnish, this is something that would be able to be done with industry style printers. Although due to the facilities available to me, I will be using a clear self-adhesive vinyl to represent the way in which the product would look.
To bring the product to life, I have ordered a PIP rated Royal mail sized folded box, the purpose of which is to send products out the size I have selected is relevant to the size of the products that will be put inside. In order to create the exact colours needed I will be printing my design minus any branding, onto an A2 sheet of matted self-adhesive paper, this will then be placed onto the net of the box once it has arrived, and be folded accordingly. Therefore giving me an industry style finished outcome. I will then place the vinyl cutouts of the branding which will then be applied to the appropriate sections of the box.
Print preparation:
in order to ensure that the print process was as efficient as possible, I measured the box and with said dimensions created on our board within Illustrator that allowed for the correct amount of space for the printing plus a surplus which could be cut around the outline of the box once placed to the self-adhesive.
Process:
The colouring which I wanted to print the actual box was not available, due to the level of printing that we are able to do within the University. This again would be something that could be developed once the product was put into an industry standard, As different printing methods and techniques would be available.
Due to the folded out style of the box, the printout must be done at A2 size and then cut down.
