After completing my announcement post designs, I decided to
contact the clients and get some feedback from them. They had made the decision
that the announcement posters would not be printed, rather in the promotion
posters being the only printed element. Therefore, the announcement posters
need to be changed into the format of which they to be posted across all social
networks. This meant creating all of the posters into a square format.
Including the promotion poster itself. The clients also requested a GIF
advertise meant in order to be out posted on social media to have a moving
aspect. This is something I will be looking into and experimenting with.
I also needed to take into consideration that the post is now
no longer need to be in CYMK format. I also need to take into consideration
social media platforms on which these elements will be presented. The
campaign will begin on Facebook and Twitter. Therefore, making the square
photos appropriate to be able to fit onto phone screens as this will be the
main deliverable viewing platform for most of the target audience. Therefore, I
needed to create banners that would fit both on Facebook and the Twitter
page.
