SB4 Cocktail Research

My research consisted of online searching for cheap cocktails that can be made with minimum ingredients. The cocktails were kept cheap to not for the students any more financial strain that they already would be. When researching into the drinks some of the ingredients needed to be changed, purely because their unrealistic nature.

I tried to incorporate all of the normal favour cocktails, as well as the cocktails that are known for students such as the cheeky Vimto. These type of cocktails of student developments of cheap drinks.

During the research process I have decided that the drinks would be ordered in strength, as the year was to progress the drinks would get more alcoholic, depicting the increase in stress throughout the year.

Save the student was a key piece of research within this investigation, as it gave multiple different cocktails that students would be to create cheaply from home. From the research I will be also changing some of the ingredients such as the Pina colada to comply with what student would have in their cupboards. I will also be adapting some of the ingredients to be some of the experiments I have myself and my friends creating throughout the year.

I will also be developing some student hack comments that can be inserted within in the ingredients and method section that gives a ‘student alternative method to creating the cocktail.
