In order to be able, to begin with, a type of direction I need to be going in I considered what I had collected so far in terms of research, and decided that the outcome would need to be a physical and visual-tactile piece. As the research as of yet points towards the direction of a need being there for a deeper understanding of visual illness overall, but also it is evident that it needs to be aimed at a very specific audience, in terms of what I have viewed so far, there seems to be a particular issue with other people involved in transport. Issues cropping up regarding people judging others without considering their reasoning for using particular disabled services, as well as not having the right considerations for people needing a certain level of assistance whilst using public transport.
As I continue to research into the brief I believe that the brief itself will change a lot, this is due to the nature of the brief itself, being research led; as new information is uncovered my understanding of what is needed to combat this issue will also change, as I will be looking into what is already about in the terms of visual awareness promotion to do with the issue.
